DW mace spec question / lvling with priest spec?Follow

Terribly sorry, I can't seem to find a forum specific search. It's probably somewhere obvious. Regardless; I've recently been enamoured by the idea of dw maces with mace spec; despite the recent downgrade on their proc rate. I was wondering if you could possibly comment on two builds I have in mind:

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/warrior/talents.html?353203213025100203212010505000550000000000000000000000000000000000

or

I supose the question is semi; bloodthirst or MS, though I am a fan of stance juggling. Normally I have reduced cost for heroic strike, but wary of stuns. Really any input would be greatly appreciated, and if it turns out that dw mace spec is really totally ineffective, could I possibly ask that I am pointed in the direction of a build that would be suitable for the fact I always play with my roommate who is a shadow priest?

I used to be 2H arms (and loved sweeping strikes with a heavy weapon and overpower/whirlwind) but the juggle threw me off a bit, and I thought I might lik to try mace spec. Is there anything that would be specifically good to use whilst playing with a DPS priest? I'm not sure whether it might be sensible to go prot so she doesn't have to heal at all, or go full damage ignore mitigation because of the fact I -can- be healed.

Sorry for the long post!

-EDIT-
I linked the wrong build in the first link XD

bloodthirst>MS for 2h spec until 3k AP, the math has been discussed here somewhere. BT only for DW since MS relies on weapon damage, and 2h weapon damage>1h weapon damage.

DW mace is far from ineffective, it's less effective than sword which is less effective for PvE than axe (which is debatable) but mace haste proc + abacus trink + flurry + mongoose = funtime. any build will do when playing with a shadow priest.

it would not be sensible to go prot, you would only gimp your dps and make fights go on longer, force your spriest to shift to holy to heal, go oom eventually etc.

first build is o.O more than 33 points in arms for either blood frenzy in raid dps or second wind for pvp is useless.

second build is good for pvp but switch blood frenzy for second wind and take one point out of flurry for weapon mastery.

Other way around. MS is better until you reach a certain (very high) amount of AP - 3,000 AP is the general rule but it depends heavily on weapon quality. It's something you're likely to see in raids fairly easily, not so much in PvP or while soloing/5-mans.
