I am a BM spec hunter and I am using BigRedKitty's spec tree, after looking around it was the best that i could find, and I love it, I only have 20 points in MM, and the rest have went into BM. What I am wondering is does anybody know what the new talents are going to be and the costs, or are there even going to be any new ones?

No, I don't becasue I haven't gotten the chance to play since the patch. I would advise that you go to the official website and look there. They are bound to have it. Good Luck.

New talents with this patch? No. We did get 0.5 seconds taken off of aimed shot and a mortal-strike like component added to it that reduces healing on the person we shoot for 6(?) seconds. Arcane shot rank 6 also will dispel one thing off the person you shoot. And finally, there is no more deadzone. If someone is outside your melee range you can shoot them.

No new talents though. If you want more details ... just read the patch notes :)

Is trillba talking about the patch or the expansion (i.e. 2.3 or WotLK)?

My bad, should have clarified a little better, I'm talking about WotLK, not the patch. Thanks for the help.

No one knows anything about any new talents in Wrath of the Lich King except the developers. Period. Anyone who claims otherwise is lying.

Don't worry about it. Two things:

1) The expansion probably won't be out until next year at the earliest. Blizzard has a long history of releasing products when they're done, and no sooner. They don't even set a release date until they're satisfied in the quality of their product. So don't worry about planning for talents that may not be available for a year or more.

2) Right before Burning Crusade was released, there was a large patch (2.0) which introduced, along with many other things, the new talents. All classes had their talent points reset. I wouldn't be surprised if they do something similar for WotLK. So, odds are good that you'll get to respec when the expansion hits anyway, so don't worry about it.

Ok, so, basically... don't worry, be happy. :D
