How much +hit do I need to not miss specials? Is it 5% or 7%? Saw a thread on EJ's just now saying 7% I always thought it was 5%. Can someone clarify this for me please?
It's 8% for 73 targets, 5% for 70.

Do you know if Blind is on the 8% miss rate for 70 PvP targets? I remember hearing from someone here (albeit a while ago) that as it is a ranged attack you need more +hit. Would be good if you could quell this rumor for me.
