    That is PvP felguard spec.
You NEED mana feed and imp HF.

I think in this case, it comes down to your personal preference here. I am currently going with the # 2 setup you mentioned. I've been demonology since 1-68,went over to affliction to try it in pvp and I immediately went back to pvp felguard : ).Just my personal preference. Now the reason I picked #2 is because of the shorter time on the shadow bolt and immolate. With shorter time in immolate then I follow up with incinerate which is a nice crit if immolate is on the target. If the target is still up, then comes the nice shadowburn : ). Alot of things I could go into with option 2 but I could make a book on it.

Option #1 your praying that the 4% nightfall will proc in your fight and I assume as well drain life without really getting interupted. Now in my opinion, I don't really think it's all worth while on waiting for that nightfall to proc.Try out both to see which one you like. but in my opinion option #2 all the way man! : ).

As for shoarmakip, dazencrave is asking from a pvp stand point not a pve one. Your not going to be funneling your felguard in pvp.Pretty much 99.9% of the time the enemy will have focus on you rather then the felguard. Mana feed in my opinion is worthless.

Lesson #1: Felguard is not for PvP. Felhunter is superior, by far. Yes, the maniac can cleave and intercept, but Felhunter has Paranoia, Devour Magic and Spell Lock. If you want to WIN a BG/Arena match you need to learn to CoT healers and spell lock appropriately and devour. Intercept is no substitute.

You can indeed pvp with felguard. I have numbers of times been #1 HK,#1 damage done with a felguard based build. Of course as stated as opinion and as for the OP to answer his question since he chose to pvp with a felguard.I have tried felhunter and it has it's moments. It's good to know your opinion that you rock with your felhunter. However, just in my experience and what the end results tell me on the board at the end of battle grounds, lead to that in fact using a felguard in pvp can be good.

FG works for me in BGs...mostly. However, I'm becoming very reliant on the big fella and NEED to start running with puppy in PvP (or the leather-clad ***** in instances).

Example: Running AV yesterday and while I was owning most classes with FG, a sneaky mage killed me ELEVEN times. Had I had puppy, I could have focussed on the mage(s) and let the rest of my group take down the melee-ers. But I wasn't confident enough in my skills with puppy to do it.

Example 2: Tried Shattered Halls yesterday with a competent but not brilliant tank, a ****** healer, another 'lock and a hunter. There's not enough CC in there so I had to try using succy and seduce. I am NOT good at it. So what use am I other than as a damage output-er? None. I need to expand my skills if I'm going to get anywhere near a raiding guild.

Sigh. It's hard work. Where'd the fun go? ;)

Well,do as you like bro.Im just saying that I did quite a lot of pvp with felguard(yes, felhunter is better) and when my guard runs out of mana, and he DOES quickly, its just worthless. You cant intercept, you cant cleave...

In my opinion, you should put AT LEAST 1 point in mana feed.imp HF isnt a must but i like it more than 400+hp hs.anyway, good luck with your felguard and peeveepeeing
