I miss:
Not having a chance to play without DR :(
The 'old murder' since it was like.. 50lvls before you could get enough +hit to not miss a special (at least without precision). And at least having your openers always hit was a bonus...
Double blind stunlocks.
The 800ap/2.80 weapon speed Hemo benchmark... infact I think I remember your post from ages & ages ago Mongoose when you finally hit that.
Remorselss proccing off people you didn't get the KB on.
I miss not being able to take two/three points in what the 'old Camo' was (Rapid Concealment). Back when it only reduced your time to re-stealth. You only really need a 6 second cooldown on stealth since that is how long it takes to drop combat (usually from ambushing a sitting mage).
Edit: The three Tier 1 sub talents were Camo, MoD & "Rapid Concealment". I picked a random old page (pg111) to find that out... Aug 2005... bloody hell that was a while ago...

As well as: Cheapshot>Backstab>Thistle tea>Backstab>Coldblood>Eviscerate.
Seal Fate being Cool: "Wow! 2 combo points off a crit?!"
Thistle tea giving you 100 energy.

I like the old Imp KS talent, reducing the cooldown. *smiles* Sapping for 30+ seconds, damn my memory is not so good at remembering old talents. :(

Back when Vigor was our 31 point talent and you needed 8 points in Combat to pick up imp. backstab.
Some changes are for the better though... seriously, you remember the old improved sap? 3/3 in imp. Sap and you still only had 90% chance to re-stealth. New rogues these days don't realize just how good they have it. That was a bloody joke compared to the (now) 100% chance to re-stealth on sap from the second you get the ability.

AQ40 being the constant cockblock that it was and the subsequent fight between DnT and Tigole+Furor. Good stuff.
As for Rogues, not being able to reach DW as Mutilate, being called lazy for being a Sword Rogue, unable to do anything after being DoT-ed, and my favorite had to been drowning Horde players in STV via Sap after kiting them out to sea :), if only that was still around.
