With the 15% fleet footed buff in 2.3, and if you picked up Camoflage, don't you run in stealth at 100% regular run speed? Or would it be 15 percent of 70 percent added on, and then 15 percent of that on again (in math terms, Y is your total speed) .15*70=N, (70+N)*.15=X, N+70+X=Y? (which comes out as 92.575% regular speed)
Either way, the fleet footed buff makes rogues a lot more versatile with stealth, and also makes the 11/41/9 (relentless attacks, surprise attacks, 4/5 camo) a decent idea to try out.
Or maybe, I'm completely wrong... who knows? ><

Doesn't it say in the tooltip that they don't stack w/ other effects?
You can't get fleet footed with 11 points in assassination. And no, they don't stack.
They do stack. You get very close to it, but not quite 100% stealth speed.
Stealth Rank 4: 70% movement speed
With 5/5 Camo: 70% *1.15 = 80.5%
With 2/2 FF: 80.5% *1.15= 92.6%
So it's about 93% speed. It's still pretty damn good. And I can confirm they do stack, I have a friend with 5/5 camo but no fleet footed and I move faster than he does in stealth.

I opened a ticket up to a GM about this when Fleet Footed first came out, and the GM told me that they do not stack, and never will. Of course, he/she could be wrong. But rather than wasting the points I trusted him/her. Regardless though, I'm 41pts into Sub minimum now, Fleet Footed isn't even an option.
