I was looking forward to ruthlessly flaming another noob, but you aren't retarded.
Points of contention:
None really, looks pretty good.
I dislike murder and lightning reflexes, but whatever.

Looks right for a deep combat spec. Good job not messing up. o_O

3 things
a: 3/5 lightning reflexes should be 3/3 imp gouge
b: 2/2 endurance should be 2/2 imp sprint
c: 2/2 vitality should be 2/2 nerves of steel
c is more of opinion, but most think like that (including i)
a is almost obvious, theres very little reason to not do this.... 3% dodge isnt worth the lose of gouge->restealth
but B is almost a must, imp sprint is the single best pvp talent in combat aside from AR, even useful to a degree in raids (see: shade of arans mass slow for one) and very nice to have in 5 mans
i know you said pve, but id at least grab imp gouge and imp sprint
