New to Being a Rogue: What's What?Follow

Hello! I'm new to playing a Rogue. I have a 70 paladin, but I wanted to have a character that's different than a pally. I mostly heal with the pally, so I thought a Rogue would be a nice change of pace. Here is my toon:

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Bronzebeard&n=Priceless

I was curious about the following:

1. What talents should I be most concerned about?
2. What talents make the best end-game experience?
3. What talents make the best PVP experience?
4. Is there anything else that I should know?

Thanks for the help. I much appreciate it.

Cheers,

Actually, the thread title is "Updated Rogue Guide", sticked at the top of our forum page. As Vyodar so eloquently put it, Read it.

I'll answer #4:

My advice is to get good keybindings going. there's so damn many buttons you need to be able to use in a split second.

Openers:
Garrote
Cheapshot
Sap

For Damage:
S&D
SS(or Hemo, or Mutilate)
Blade Fury (if Spec'd)
Adrenaline Rush (if Spec'd)
Trinket
Rupture
Envenom (rarely used)
Eviscerate
Expose Armor
Prep (if spec'd)
Premed (if Spec'd)

For Runners:
Deadly Throw
Shadowstep (if spec'd)
Sprint
Distract
Shiv

For Defense:
Trinket
Sprint (dupe)
CloS
Racial (WoTF, etc)
Evasion
Blind
Kidney Shot (multi-use)
Kick
Stealth
Vanish

I'll use almost all of these every match, many of them more than once. Mutilate/SS/Hemo should be the easiest button to hit, along with your PvP trinket, Vanish, CloS, and Shiv. If you can't hit the Shiv button while chasing someone, you might as well not bind it. Kidney shot and kick are crucial too. In stealth, cs/sap should be easily spammable.

You don't have many of these abilities yet, but practice getting good rogue keybindings now.

Edit: forgot stealth and vanish.

Stealth? Rogues?

How well you jest! Everyone knows they took stealth away in 2.4! We are "mobile" warriors, with leather armor being the caveat of our vastly increased mobility.
