Hey guys,
Been umming & ahhing between these 2 builds....
Is the 3% Resist reduction worth it (not worried about 3% mana cost reduction), compared to the extra mana? The mana bonus currently for me would be ~70pts (thats 15%; the total 25% +mana would be 117). Personally, I'm erring on the side of Elemental Precision...

Ah, I see now. Let's math it out then, shall we?
47 +dmg vs 3% to hit.
3% hit = 37.8 hit rating. On raid bosses, 37.8 hit rating is worth a bit more than 47 spell damage(don't forget that raid buffed you'll have more Int than that). So it's really a toss up. In the end, I'd say that the 3% mana cost reduction is actually the deciding factor and I'd go with the Elemental Precision.
