Was reading on the patch notes about tempest keep and coilfang resevoir attument? Is there a quest that I missed in that area? Tried looking on wowwiki to find anything, but came up empty. any help appreciated.
There was an attunement, but it was removed. The reward now is a title.
The attunment has been removed, quest is still their.
SSC involves going into heroic Slave Pens, getting quest. Killing Nightbane and then Gruul and looting items off them, then returning to Heroic Slave Pens. TK:Eye Attunment is a little bit more involved, you have to finish a quest chain in Shadowmoon Valley, then you have to start it, think killing Mag is part of it but I have no clue so don't ask me.

Cipher of Damnation questline in SMV, then Heroic SH, Heroic Arca, and I wanna say Heroic SV and Heroic SL. Then you kill Mag.
Edit: Yep, Trial of the Naaru quests for each of those instances, though the SV and SL ones are combined.
