I'm starting a mage... well she's already 19 and twink geared but with the aspect of the elimination of twinks im gonna spec her frost.

can anyone link me a good pvp and pve frost mage spec, this does include hybrid spec

I personally would have waited until 29 to try to twink a mage. At 19 there is very little that a mage can do, and you don't have blink yet (not til 20).
