quest rewards = plate armorFollow

Ursa's Embrace is a pretty nice chest piece that is a quest reward in Winterspring. I solo'ed the quest at 54 with difficulty, so I'm sure you can too.

There's some plate leggings that drop from Princess Theradras in Maraudon, they are really good.

Big Bad Pauldrons from one of the bosses in Zul'Farrak are really good, and supposedly are getting buffed in 2.3 although I haven't seen confirmation.

Vice Grips of the XXX also in Zul'Farrak for hands.

Maybe I'm looking at that site incorrectly, but most of the stuff there is lvl 65+. I'm looking for mid-50s up to 60. Cool website though, definite bookmark

Not everyone is in a mad rush to hit outlands and/or 70. Some people just like to have fun and/or experience all the zones and details in the game.

I for one, don't plan to go to outlands until I've finished most or all of the quests in Silithus (maybe a short trip to raise my professions to 375), Western and Eastern Plaguelands, and Winterspring in addition to getting exalted with all 4 of the major alliance factions as well as Timbermaw (just for the hell of it).

I like running low level instances, questing, and doing battlegrounds just because it's fun. What's the point of having great gear if you're sacrificing fun along the way?


Edit: Also the entire "Valor" set is great. http://thottbot.com/i16735 Some pieces you can wear already, some you have to wait a bit. I purchased two of these pieces off of the Auction House, but once you get high enough to do Scholomance you can try to get the drop.

First item i thought of is a plate leg which gives some pretty nice amount str and around 14 critical strike rating. The quest is pretty easy.
