Is it just me or does the new armor have a crapload of +hit and no crit whatsoever? The strength and hit are nice for fury warriors but the crit is non existant it seems. Anyone think that a full suit of that will be viable or just not enough crit?

you can mix match...

the gear may not have crit, but it does have red and yellow sockets. the armor penetration is what I'll be gunning for. the extra to hit is just nice. kara has SOME hit gear, as does heroics, but not nearly enough for a prospective d/w fury war to be satisfied. Now that BoJ provides hit and armor pen, we get to see some more end game material for the semi-casual players.

Of course true end game gear is gonna be better.

the gear is level 128 or so right? What level is the BT gear, 141. which is by far better gear.

Kara gear is 110-125'ish.
Heroics is all over the place on gear.

Now that you can save up for that 25 man raid group, while pugging. I personally like it. I'm more of a casual player than a hardcore 25/8 (yes an extra hour a day and an extra day a week) one.

If you do it fast enough ZA is like 13? (maybe a bit less) Badges and obscene loot, on a 3-day reset. I think Kara attendance is going to drop pretty fast.

My guild is still getting geared up enough to do ZA which throws me in a rough boat cuz im one of the better equipped ones up to this point. What is the difficulty going to be like? Like is the first boss gonna be around the same difficulty as like prince?

Yes, the first boss is going to be on par with Prince as far as damage output/strategy. Hes still gonna be hard if youre not atleast a little kara geared, but easily doable if your guild is anywhere near SSC or TK.

In terms of strategy, the first bosses are on par the with Prince, Nightbane, and Gruul. In terms of demands of the play, though, they're more around Mag or early SSC/TK. Long, extremely mana-intensive fights, and one little *****-up can easily mean a wipe. The time we got Bear and Eagle down on test, our DPS was pumping out between 800 and 900dps, and I was putting out about 225mp5 as a shadow priest and the healers and other casters were still having to pot in order to not go oom. Don't know if live is much different or not.

The quest reward for [Blood of Zul'jin] is 10 more badges, you get 2 badges from each boss, and 3 from Malacrass and Zul'jin. That's a total of 14 Badges, with 10 more if you get the quest item. This quest is not repeatable.
