Arena TeamFollow

So there I was, running Sethekk Halls with a damn good group. The pally in the group, alternating between dps and healing, asked me if, when he hit 70, I'd like to make an arena team with him, 2v2.

I've NEVER been in an arena. I have no idea how that might work. But here's my thinking.

If he goes as healer and I spec for affliction, he'll last long enough to heal me (and himself if required) while my DoTs / SBs take down the opposition. Or am I wrong?

Obviously, this isn't going to work against certain teams - Warrior/Pally and Warrior/Priest would be tough I think.

Your thoughts on this as a viable team?
