Possible Raid Spec post 2.3?Follow

Hiyas! I am trying to get input on a possible new spec for 2.3.

Is what I am currently thinking about. Currently I am a 26/35/0 PoM + Pyro hybrid spec. It's a goofy spec, but works REALLY well IMO.

The new spec I am looking at is main for the deep fire, + 30% arc med and with Ele Precision so I can drop some +hit for new badge +haste stuff quickly.

I will link my armory, but I am currently sitting on 7k HP, almost 9k Mana, and 1000 fire/arc damage (even! I so hate to change that #!!!) unbuffed.

Please note, this mage is for raiding ONLY. I do not farm with her (unless my husband Prot War needs help) heck, to be honest, most of the time I don't even do daily's on her anymore. So I need input as a pure raid build and nothing more.
