If you are a healer you barley need one imo.

I never look at it. I just heal when i have to heal.

Yeah just like everyone else has been saying Omen..

I use KTM, and yeah it was good... until I saw that Omen was able to do Multi target calculations and thus when I was in ZF last night and I was using KTM. I was pulling agro even though the tank was higher in agro ... cause of only one target... the one he was on... I think... see there right there is a problem... us priest need to know how much agro we are putting out just in case... hmm heal this person now and pull agro or throw a HoT on them and wait 10 more seconds to throw a big heal?

With having Omen calculate multi targets Ill beable to heal better and later in game ( im shadow spec) Ill be able to see how close I am to pulling agro from the tanks in raids.

oh yeah and another thing... I believe Omen also uses less resources, where KTM is a hog.
