Hit Rating for Fury DPS going into SSCFollow

So I just got promoted last week to BG1 and I will now start to see SSC and I was wondering what the recommended +hit rating is. With the gear I have now I can get 200 +hit, 1789 AP (unbuffed in zerker stance) and 30.22% crit. I can add more hit rating by switching from Fool's Bane back to Vindicator's Brand. That gives me. 211 +hit, 1758 AP and 30.18% crit. The only t4 piece I'm missing is the helm from Prince, so I'm still using the quested blue one of second sight.

If I change my helm to Headless Horsemans helm (no hit socketed) I can get 171 +hit, 1840 AP and 30.63% crit, or I can switch weapons and get 182+hit. I know its a lot of numbers. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
