So i will bring it once again, everyone going MutilateCombat specc and With Imp S&D do you guys Use S&D 24/7 in arena? or never use it ?
I dont know i always played mutilate specc like:

But i dont feel Imp stealth and such is rly needed in arena as its just the begining of the fight. So if you going MutilateCombat do you use S&D or what?

mutilate combat is for the DW spec and imp sprint mainly as i see it
slice n dice, its not a bad choice when your fighting something thats going to take a while to kill, or if you got nothing better to dump CP into.... but thats all based on situation
its not a raid enviroment, so its not a require of ALL the time
people go 41-20-0 because 5/5 dw spec yields a lot more dps then 5/5 oppo will
