Hi, [insert generic message about needing a critique on build here]. Just curious on any major changes I should make in my talents, gems or gear (planning to do +20 Agilty on the swords when I find an enchanter)

Well im weaker than my colleague... Me and kara? What do i need upgrading?

I would suggest some "of the Monkey" gear to someone named "Aap". :)
But serious: you need to upgrade almost all your gear and your weapons. Only your helm (though missing the enchant), necklace, Bladefist trinket and maybe your MH weapon are fine.
There have been some threads here about pre-Kara gear, with lists of the gear to get.
BTW your build can use some improvements too imo.

I searched the 4 last ones, and this was the only one containing 'kara'. I'll get to it then, getting an epic dagger soon in mail (if my bid still wins). And I'll be running some more instances :)
