I'm not going to comment on your gear, as I am not the best person to rate gear. I'm sure there is someone else better out there who can rate your gear and tell you what you need to work on.

Since you said its for leveling, I'll assume it wont matter if its not good for pvp or not.

I'll be concentrating on your talent build. To start off I'll say this, a leveling build and endgame build can and will be totally different. Warriors have a hard enough time to level compared to other classes, thus we should give ourselves as much as an advantage while leveling as possible.

First of all, you should have spent your first 5 talent points into Cruelty. That extra 5% crit is very useful. Helps you kill faster.

Your next 6 levels, you're pretty much going to be using Heroic Strike most of the time. So I would have put my talents into Improved Heroic Strike. Now I would suggest you level using a 2h rather than dual wielding, which it seems like you're doing.

Since you'll be getting Slam at 30 you might not need to get Imp. Heroic Strike. Up to you, I would probably respec even though you'll probably respec again at 40. Not necessary but like I said, leveling a warrior isn't a walk in the park.

Here is where it gets a bit tricky. This is where you have to decide on which spec to level, arms or fury. Since you have gone the Arms route, I'll assume you want to level in Arms.

Next 2 points probably should go into Deflection, its not much but it can help at times.

After that 2 into Imp. Charge. More rage at the start of the fight will help you end it that much quicker.

Next up 3 into Imp. Thunder Clap. The slower they hit you, the less damage you take. This results in a lesser amount of downtime.

Next up 2 into Imp. Overpower. More chance to crit is always a good thing.

Put 3 into Deep Wounds, followed by 3 or 5 talents into Two-Handed Weapon Specialization. I say this due to some people wanting Impale. Personally I would spend 5 points into the 2h weapon specialization.

Now put 1 point into Sweeping Strikes, and the next 4 into Poleaxe/Sword/Mace specialization. Many people say Poleaxe due to it goes into axes and polearms. This gives you a wider variety of weapons to use rather that one. Remember this is for leveling, at endgame this might and probably will change.

So now you should be hitting level 40. This is a good time to respec into a build that you will be using end game, Arms or Fury. The faq on the sticky has some good builds for you. Use one of those as your basis for a solid talent build.

I know this is a lot to read, if you don't want to read this book like response I'll summarize it for you.

Arms oriented leveling build:
Cruelty - 5
Imp. Heroic Strike - 3
Deflection - 2
Imp. Charge - 2
Imp. Thunderclap - 3
Imp. Overpower - 2
Deep Wounds - 3
Two-Handed Specialization - 3 or 5 (3 if you want Impale, recommended 5)
Sweeping Strikes - 1
Poleaxe / Sword / Mace Specialization - 4 (Poleaxe recommended, more variety)
Respec into end game build, Arms or Fury. Found on FAQ sticky.

Gear wise, you are going pretty good, thought I have to bring up one point.
Warriors are one of the most, if not THE most, gear dependant classes.
You got a green that you still think is goon that's 8 levels behind you? (your belt i believe it was) if one item gets even 3 levels behind for a warrior, you should be checking AH for an upgrade.

Talent wise, only thing i can see wrong for a 2h fury build is that you put 5 points into unbridled wrath instead of Imp. Demo shout.

With a 2h you won't be hitting enough for unbridled wrath to be effective, and 2h builds are more about survivability due to the fact that you hit slowly and get hit quite a bit inbetween swings. Imp. Demo shout will help you reduce their attack quite significantly, add to that thunderclap, and you should reduce your downtime by quite a bit.
