spell lock on mouseFollow

#1 Nov 10 2007 at 3:42 AM Rating: Good
I have a 5 button mouse and I do a lot of pvps! Spell lock is one of the most important skills vs healers/casters and Idont have much time to click on it (to interrupt the cast)
How can I define one of my mouse bottuns to use spell lock?

Make a macro:

/cast [pet:Felhunter] Spell Lock

and put it on the action bar slot bound to that key.

Or you could just bind the button that spell lock is on in your pet bar (secondary bar) to whatever button on your mouse you want it to be.

Much easier to do ^ - key binding instead of macros.

It's in the option screen, then you go to key bindings. Very useful if you have a scroll wheel too.

make the macro
/cast [target=mouseover, pet:Felhunter] Spell Lock

and then bind it to a key you've bound a mouse button to / bind your mouse button directly to that macro (you need a mod like trinity bars to do that). this way you can cursor over the target you want to spell lock and just press the macro. nice and simple :)
