Ok I know there are a few threads on different builds here most of which seem to be affliction or demon spec. I have a question on a good possible destruction spec build. Of the following two builds for a destruction spec warlock which one is better. Thanks.

Build # 1: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/warlock/talents.html?0000000000000000000002050030023050100000000505000512200510531050

Build # 2: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/warlock/talents.html?0502200000000000000002150000000000000000000055000512200510531351

Warlock in question happens to be a level 63 lock who in the beginning was not really aware of where to spend his talent points. As of this point he has excessive amounts of points in destruction and a few points stuck here and there. So I guess a good destruction build for someone around level 63 who will be running instances and leveling on up to level 70. I am just trying to steer him in the right direction. I am an affliction lock and have no experience in the destruction build so I came here for some friendly advice so I can pass it on to him.

if you click my armory link, i am currently specced 0/21/40 and getting some pretty amazing numbers, even with my lack of powerful gear. my build is all but identical to your build #1 except with all the mana you will be burning through to get your high numbers and seeing as how you went for all the talents that increase fire damage i would assume you are fire destruction so isb may not be the best choice. its merely situational though some groups may not need the extra shadow damage some ultimatly will. i would go http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/warlock/talents.html?0000000000000000000002150030133200100000000055000512200510531050 all the way. i noticed that you had points for increased damage for your pets and yet you also had demonic sacrifice so i assumed you may sacrifice your pet far more often for it they ever get attacked it is an instant death in a raid so the speed in summons may be more of a benifit than the damage. also when you get around 600 or so spell damage most things will die in a very simple immolate incincerate x2 and a conflagerate. if that doesn't kill them then a simple shadowburn should put them away for you.
