Ok, how much +hit rating do we need? and how does + to Feral skill work into it?
And how will it work with Expertise in patch 2.3?
Currently I have +100 hit (wierd i know but exactly 100) and +40 to feral skill.
Dont seem to ever see MISS. Am I at/past the cap? or is there room to improve?

Depends on what form you are in. I have +16 hit on my tank set that's all. Don't need any +hit in bear, I have an effective miss rate of just above 4%.
On my cat set I have +217 hit and still need a bit more.

You only need 142 8% to hit to not miss on a raid boss lvl 73. Dual wielding classes such as rogues do. Cats don't dual wield.
So getting hit past 142 is a total waste.

It's due to all that rogue gear... I have no +hit gems
That doesnt answer about + to feral rating.
Isnt +20 feral skill ~ 3% hit? tho it shows up on weapon skill.
Granted most of my +hit comes from rogue gears i got "stuck" with, but 2 peices have +feral skill (my epic ring from LC and Earthwarden)
It makes sense to me they would put the +feral skill on the Earthwarden, so that bears have a piece of equips to add to the + hit rating.
And finally, How will this work when its changed to Expertise?
