Alright, I have a question. Say I wanted to respec from Prot to, say, Arms. However, I would obviously be decked out in +def and +stam gear. So, would I hit the AH and hope to get some Arm's gear, or would I tank instances until I get a fairly decent Arms gear set going? Or something else?

do some instances for sure, see if you can maybe get some pvping done [esp with s1 arena being available to buy with honor on nov. 13th] and get some items from there as well.
