Does the amount absorbed by Ice barrier scale with +healing? They are changing Power Word Shield to scale with +healing, just wondering if Ice barrier already has this and if not why the heck not!! :)

They both already scaled, they changed it scale better though. PWS went from 20% of +healing to 40% I believe, while Ice Barrier scales with +dmg (and I assume +frost damage), though I don't know how much it was before and after the patch.

I actually think Isfreak is right about this but i dont think ice barrier scales with frost at the moment, it is however going to scale with new 2.3.0 patch , it was in the patch notes so i assume it does not scale right nowbut will do in a short while.
