Post TBC pvp guide?Follow

After 2 years of extreem PvP i went PvE when TBC came. I lvlled till 70 went prot (for the first time) and get revered for the keys and tanked all the way...

Now i notice i dont have the time for a run (either kara or some random instance) and just do quests is boring as hell..
So, after a big break, i went for some BG's and i noticed that..well.. i sucked, i sucked big time..if i was in jail i would be somebody's #$%^%.

So i figured to catch up with some reading, things like strategies, gear tips etc etc. Allakhazam was always the primal source for me whenever i had problems or questions.

I saw no pvp guide in RPZip's sticky yet so anyone care to give some pointers?
like resiliance, how important is? how much points you need of it (400)? and whats the primary source +res gear?

Any tip suffice...
