Why I love my tankadinFollow

This post might seem pretty useless, but I just gotta write it somewhere :D..

I have played wow for 1½ year now, and only played on my hunter. I've seen allmost every raid instance (not BT yet), gotten my epic netherdrake mount etc etc. I have allways been a "hunter"-man, and never played anything else but him (avrage 5 - 7 hours a day for, well 1½ years :P) - and then came along the paladin alt.

From the first hour of playing my paladin I saw that he was some how a uniqe class. He could heal, do some crazy burstdmg (for pvp'ing), but the thing that Shined the most - AOE leveling and tanking.

He is now lvl 55, and he is taking all my wow time from my hunter (consideret retired).

I had a trip into brd last night, a full clear. My group was a bit sceptic (spelling :|) about bringing a tankadin, but off for some instance fun we went.

The group setup was: Healadin (lvl 56), 2xmages(both lvl 57), 1x warlock (lvl 58) and me as tankadin (lvl 55).

I told them to go for my target slowly until it was down to 70% or so, and then just run in and AOE and dot everything up.

Result = the fastest run i brd I've ever been doing (and even that I was underlevel, I had no problems holding aggro). We pulled 2 groups each time (where possible), and nuked them down faster then a group with a warrior tank (og drood) could kill one group (after what I have experienced with my hunter)

WALL OF TEXT CRITTS YOU FOR 10000000 dmg

Just the sec the Emperor drow (again, is that a word) his last breath I was spammed with: "Omg that was the smoothest run ever[...]", and so on. . . (padding myself on the shoulder now :-P).

So I hope I convinced atleast 4 wow'ers, that a paladin tank is just as good as any other tank (yes he is maybe abit twinket, yes my pala has several armor sets for both singel target tanking and trash/boss's with adds tanking).

It all comes down to: I love my paladin as tank - why would anyone NOT play tankadin.

Edited for spelling/gra (can't help it, I'm from Denmark :P)

sworn is a word, but I don't think that's the right usage to it. You could swear by your hunter, or stick to your hunter. Drow is a word but it refers to a dark-skinned elf that mostly lives in underground societies, "drew" is the word you were looking for.

Anyway, yeah the number of people to convert to the church of tankadin is dwindling every day. It's kinda cool and kinda sucks at the same time. It's cool because you don't have much harassment, but it sucks in that you don't have people doing a 180 in their mindset form beginning of the instance to the end. What I mean is:

Beginning of instance: "Tankadins suck, this is going to be a sucky run"
End of instance: "Tankadins are my favorite tanking class, I wasn't even attacking your target and I couldn't pull aggro"

48 warrior i think might be 47 still as main new and upcomeing main 35 pally ilove it so much easier on adds than my warrior. mages aoe. only problem so far is peeps assisting. one lock in sm had mob downto like 30% before i finaly lost agro somehow i didnt even notice he was on wrong target. i hate seeing the "' above the mobs heads with hunters pets but normaly i can out do them pretty good. one i thing i have to say is no priest healer for me seems they're bubble dont give mana since not a heal and i end up rage staved. rather have the ret pally i make up for his lack of healing with my aoes doing some extra damage where normaly i have to space alittle more. but anyways yes pally is the tank for me.
