Okay, heres a question. I just got a quest for the Sethekk Halls(spelling). I notice one of the rewards is a off hand item. Saga of Terokk. Give you like 23 int and 20 something healing and spells. Is it worth using this. Im a 67 Holy Pally. I mainly use 1h mace and shield, I see alot of Driuds, Mages and Warlocks use off hand items. Just wondering thanks for the feedback.

If you don't have a shield with better healing stats, you can use it in situations where you don't need the armor.

Otherwise, in PvP or fights where you will get hit, you might be better off with a shield with slightly lesser stats.

On my paladin in the mid-40's in my healing set I had about 50% cloth armor, 30% leather armor, and 20% mail armor (no plate) and I was using a held in off-hand item. I healed fine, as long as I wasn't getting hit. Only if you're taking hits (i.e. soloing, PvPing, tanking) do you really need a shield. Or of course if the shield has better stats.

Thanks for the good info. Stat wise there pretty similar. I'll have to test around with the both them.
