Your spec is very bad. Please read the threads stickied to the top of this forum to learn why.

Buddy, stay on this track and you'll earn me 10 rate-ups from Demea once you hit 70:
- caster necklace,
- 1 mace and 1 sword and double specialization (4/5 mace, 5/5 swords),
- no Imp SS in a combat build,
- no WE
- 2/2 Vitality which is a poor talent as compared to others such as WE, Nerves of Steel, Combat potency
- only one profession (how the hell to raise engineering without being a miner?)

Ok, the above was some sort of insider joke, but you can actually use it as follows: what I listed are the bad elements with your character.

Stuff is nothing that can't be fixed easily.

As for your build, check my Combat build in my sig, would probably serve you better than yours.

Umm, caster necklace because it has 5 spirit, but also 12 stam?
1 mace and 1 sword warrants double spec?
Imp SS takes 3 energy from my attacks doesnt it?
WE?
I did mining up until i decided to change profs, then got sidetracked.

Im being serious, CC me.

The necklace is fine. The two weapon specs are not. Choose one or the other, then fine weapons to match. Improved sinister strike makes the action cost less energy. Less cost = good.
WE = weapon expertise. It doesn't look like much, but it's vital. It guarantees that you won't miss a special attack against an equal level mob.

My advice - stay combat until you reach level seventy. It's easier, faster, and far less complicated. Then, if you want to start playing arenas, give mutilate a shot. Look at the talent build in my armory profile to see what a level 70 mutilate build should look like.

I call it the "Korz," after a certain rogue who's famous on these boards.

The necklage is no biggie, but also not optimal (you'd want one with + agi, + endu instead of + spirit). Just pointed it out cause that's the type of gear that gets spotted in the type of threads I was refering too (inside joke, as I said).

Same for not having a second prof.: it's sth that awards point in the type of "contest" I was refering too (inside joke). So no biggie again, but still let me tell you on a more serious note that leveling up engineering is not cheap and it will cost you a FORTUNE if you're not a miner (I'm at 363, I know what I'm talking about).

As for the rest:
- having two specs is bad, means you're wasting 5 points which is a lot. Choose either maces, or swords.
- NOT having Imp SS in a combat build is a major mistake: SS is your main attack, so saving this energy on every special attack is priceless.
- Weapon Expertise is very nice and should be included in most combat builds
