What Level can a hunter use the polearm weapon?

Level 20. Also, I believe that's true for all classes that can use polearms, not just hunters, as there don't seem to be any polearms below level 20.
As stated above it's level 20.
Now, to cover your Hunter duties regarding this. While (supposedly) there are other classes that say they can use pole arms, it is now you're sacred mission to inform them that all Pole Arms in WoW are indeed Hunter Weapons.
Go forth and collect them all.
