So, I recently made a rogue, and I wanted to try something out, I wanted to use and focus primarily on the bleeding effect abilities that rogues have at their disposal, I wanted to do this to compliment a friend of mines character, who is an assassination . How would this work out? Could you anyone suggest perhaps a talent build that I could use?

If you want a dot character, a warlock might better suit your needs.

As for rogues... well, if you want to focus on dots, then I'd say you should go Sub to get Serrated Blades and Hemo.

But honnestly, I wouldn't do it, you have better options. There are only specific situations where you'd better use bleed effects (e.g. against a warrior with high armor and who can beat the crap out of you if you try to just trade blows).
