Arena gear for PvE: suggestionsFollow

So, 2.3 has been announced for Nov. 13, and S3 is supposed to start Nov. 20. This is stickied at the official website in the General WoW forums (I'm not going to link it).

There are two pieces of S3 gear I want for PvE (at least, right away; I hope to acquire as many pieces as possible for either PvE or PvP).

Vengeful Gladiator's Chain Helm
Vengeful Gladiator's Waraxe

I would be upgrading from Maulgar's Warhelm and Terokk's Quill.

So, which would be the better upgrade?

I have Cheeky's DPS spreadsheet and will take a look at this as soon as I can. Take a look at my profile as well, if that helps--I'm BM spec with about 23% crit and 1640 RAP (numbers I'm not thrilled with, but with four pieces of Karazhan gear and four pieces of PvP epics, I'm doing the best I can with what I have).

My thought is that the hat is the better upgrade and longer lasting upgrade, especially considering that Legacy is comparable (in some respects) to the Waraxe, and it may drop sooner than a better hat will drop for me. I will likely get both, it's just a matter of which one should I get first (or should I forgo either of them for a different piece of Arena gear, including S1 stuff).
