Will new hemo still need slow wep?Follow

I know that the old hemo was not normallized and needed a slow weapon for you to get the best out of it. So I was woundering does it still need a slow one? or is it now not as dependant on one, but a slow weapon will help? Im 68 now and since the patch is HOPEFULLY coming out next week I might respec back to it. That way at lvl 69 i can pvp with it and try it out for a little while. Also will it be more efficient while grinding out those 2 levels? Combat just seems so boring.

thanks,

Slower weapons generally have higher dam ranges, so a slower wpn will still be advantageous as they will gain more when factoring in the 125% wpn dam.
Compare a Blade of Infamy(100.2 dps, 2.6 spd), dam range of 182-339 to Blade of Savegery(100.4 dps, 1.4 spd), dam range 98-183. Average wpn dam with BoI is 260.5, 125% wpn dam=325.6, BoS is 140.5, 125% wpn dam=175.6. So a gain of 30 dam per average hemo with the slower wpn in this case.

As to grinding efficiently, i would think combat would still be best, but I lvled shadowstep and it was a lot of fun, so do what you like, doesn't always have to be about efficiency(unless you're raiding then that's the only thing that matters).
