Just ran across a quest reward from Skettis that looks like it may be better for the arena.
Currently have Sonic Spear with Savagery (70 AP) and am looking at Windcharger's Lance with 35 Agility.
That's an increase of 30 Stamina for loss of other stats. an improvement?

41/12/8 spec teamed with an affliction lock. I'm getting the arena xbow in 2 weeks and upgrading my hands and chest with the rare bg armor at the same time.

Crystalforged Axe should be 20g in AH and is probably best bet for pvp, since you don't need to hit rating that much in pvp and it got 50sta + 24 to crit I believe and same AP I think as the one you linked.
edit: looking at your armory, you hit is very low, even for pvp. So up to you dropping the Sonic Spear, I wouldn't recommend.

Crystalforged Axe is 80g on my server... If it's that much on your server, don't bother.
