alright guys, basically theres 2 theorys on the enchant
1: tanking purpose (paladins and warriors onry)
every proc is 200-300 heal aggro added to the tank, for every mob near him... not very helpful imo but some warriors who have trouble getting multiple mobs together can use all the help they can get
2: the rogue solo grind
with lifestealing being nerfed, you dual wield BM enchants, dm:heroism, and mark of conquest... and yield in a general 1v1 mob fight +300-700 heals to yourself.... couple it with stunning liberally and you can grind on primals or whatever non-elite for-ev-ar in theory (works decently well too, i used to do it)
or if your into soloing low instances for fast DE cash, or just the vendor trashing like myself, youll proc a good amount of healing per each boss fight... and when bosses hit you for 300-1000 based on which boss it is... this could be a very big help
especially to full combat who lack prep as a saving grace
no, its not good for arena
no, its not good for pve (actually bad for it outside of ghetto 5 mans.... since its aoe heal aggro to whoever procs it)
yes, its marginally good for a set of grinding money weapons
no, overall its not worth it... especially with the new mats
IF a rogue was gonna do it... id say its only worth it for money/easy grind weapons... in which case you grind out 2x S1 weapons (non dagger) and use it on them... since S1 will be honor gear soon
maybe decent for mutilate rogues who wanna grind lazily and save the 100g on respecs.. just go 41-20-0 mutilate and get imp ss
thats about all there is to this enchant, hopefully that answers anyones questions on it
