Somewhere along the line I never got my Fire Totem...I remember doing a quest a long time ago, so must have missed it. I'm now lvl 26. Where can I get my totem ?

I would suggest looking up the Quests by Class and find the Call of Fire quest chain for your faction. Go to each questgiver in the chain in turn until you find where you missed picking up a quest leg. You probably won't see any yellow "!" so you will have to go click on them to be sure.
