King's Defender - NPC?Follow

Raid rolled kara last night, tank already had King's Defender, and the guild is currently getting me geared to tank also. By default I got King's Defender... now I'm wondering do I just NPC it or can I stack enough spell damage onto other slots to make up for the loss of my Crystal Forged Sword in lieu of higher dps, stamina, and some armor.

You can keep it for some situational fights in which aggro is not as big of a deal like Murmur or Shade of Aran.
