AR/Prep build? Follow

Ok, I'm just about to hit 64 and I decide now is the time to jump from Mutilate to another spec. I was originally just going to do combat swords (41/20) but something made me want to get Prep instead, so I decided to try and come up with a decent build and I figured before I totally gimp myself, I'd get input from the Rogue community.

Also curious why some think it's not good to put 2 points into improved SS. I just don't see the benefit of 2 points in lightning reflexes, but maybe there's something there that I don't know?

The build looks rather fine (at leat the Sub part).

As for the Combat part:
- NO point in SS because you've got a Hemo build and Hemo replaces SS (else why would you take Hemo?): make a choice between those two!
- I'd personnaly take Imp Sprint at all costs if you entend to do any pvp (also affords survivability in pve).

As for the Assassination part: I'd personaly not take these 3/3 Imp Evis. It's a finisher you don't use that much end game anyway (on bosses, you're better off with other such as SnD, Rupture, EA, etc.) and in pvp you'll most often want to KS when it's up or Rupture to avoid restealth, or EA which is great against plate wearers and good against others, etc... So I don't think that the improved damage on this finisher justifies investing 3 points.

No offense but it comes back to the builds discussed in several threads on this front page, the 2 most relevant of which are:

I wasn't so sure about imp. Sprint. I could take points out of Endurance and move over to Imp. Sprint.

I guess my question is (and I'm sure it's out there somewhere) With Hemo what is your attack sequence? Also, I'm assuming with Hemo I want heavy swords in both hands not a fast OH, or is that incorrect on my part?

You're not reading what I'm writing! As I said earlier, Imp SS is a waste, so just use those two points for Imp. Sprint. Anyway you'll have enough points to take the nice goodies in Combat if you don't take Riposte. Go see the two above links for more precise ideas.

Correct, slow swords. And it'll most often be CS, Hemo to builds CPs then whatever you want, for instance KS to stun-lock, etc. NO use of SS whatsoever in this build.

I'm reading what you're writing, but you can't move to the second tier of combat tree until you use 5 points in the first, thus my question? ...:)

Oh... 3/3 in Imp Gouge and 2/5 in Light Refl. (this is how it's done in all the pvp builds shown in the above-linked threads).

Edit: my future Hemo build should now be in my new sig.
