meta gemFollow

okay guys im new to this meta gem stuff..
how does it work..when it says requires at least 2 blue gem and 1 red gem..
do you have to have at least those gems before you can equipped them?
or you need thsoe gems for them to work..?
sorry for being noob but yea..

you must have the requisite gems in your gear before the meta will work. remember that a purple counts for a blue and red both. purple/green/orange all work this way.
