Alrighty, so I've had these two pieces of armor for a while and i was wondering, which was better for an affliction warlock like myself.

I have 18 spell damage without the blighted leggings and 28 with them on.
But, I have 131 stamina, 126 intelect and 97 spirit with The night watch Pantaloons and without them i have 122 stamina, 118 intelect, and 115 spirit.

I would say use the Night Watch Pantaloons, you need stam and int way more than spell damage at lower levels, spell damage is not that important untill outlands.
If you really want spell damage but not gimped stats, for that level I recall tailorers can make pretty good stuff, Dreamweave, black mageweave, and shadoweave(not FROZEN shadoweave) should have very nice stats, and some decent spell damage.
