I know this has been debated before, it's annoying and so on. But pls tell me what items are optimal in order to make a twink in the first bracket, for lvl 19.
I do realize enchants will play a big role, too, and that I will look myself. But I'd like to know what items and, if possible, where can I find them.
I have no bloody idea why, but I just feel the need to make a twink.
Btw, I'm a 59 Tauren druid, so I don't have problems soloing instances.
EDIT: I have no clue what spec to choose, though...But I have a feeling it will be combat,right?

Another 19 rogue twink? Well at least its utterly unoriginal. Nonetheless let me try and help (and this is only my recommendations, obviously):
Mostly you want to look at equipping with gear from Wailing Caverns. If you're in a Guild that is forming twink teams (which I heard might be phased out next patch, ftw) I'd have someone run you thru. But you'll probably want:
Rigid Cape of the Monkey
Item Set: Embrace of the Viper
Wingblade
Stinging Viper
Venomstrike
For enchants, Fiery probably on both the weapons would be the most obvious. But since its WSG I'd actually think about Ice enchant - hit someone with that and then Sprint :D
For Spec - READ THE FAQ!
Having said THAT and realizing you probably won't, I would put 5 points in Malice and go from there.

He has all the best equipment (much of which is obscure if no one tells you about it), ratings of everything, plus information about enchants and consumables. The one thing lacking is information about engineering gadgets, but you can figure out what to do there yourself (hint--dynamite is your friend). The nice thing is that he is currently maintaining the website, so the data is extremely up to date.
