I'm wanting to know if mace spec scales with weapon speed or if it is a set percent. I know the sticky says a percentage...but there have been patches since the sticky came out.
I also know the tooltip says a percentage but sometimes tooltips change after the skill gets changed.
In other words - should I get faster maces or does it matter?

set percent, same as a poison
faster = more procs
but faster on mh = weaker ss hits (generally)
go slow mh, fast offhand if ya can... thats the best way
at level, 2.6/2.7 mh, 1.5/1.6 oh is the way youll prob see it
