Just wondering what would be the best Meta Gem for raiding.

Not anymore. The TSD has a hidden cooldown, and a pretty crappy proc rate and duration.
The rogue's best option is the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond, with 12 agi/+3% crit dmg, and I'd imagine it's not that far behind for a fury warrior.

i'd take the AP gem over it, or even the chance on hit haste one the OP was talking about over the 12 agi / 3% bonus.
the proc rate is pretty damn great, procs about 1nce per minute for me and is a huge upgrade in DPS.. especially when it's in the times when you are rexecuting.
the 3% bonus to crit only applies to yellow attacks .. so it's just a bonus like impale. The haste should still do more dps than the agi one 99% of the time for warriors

It's actually supposed to be 3% on _all_ crits, and will be fixed to doing that again when 2.3 hits (i.e. a week). It's a 3% increase to total crit damage too, not crit damage bonus, which means it's a 6% increase before counting things like Impale.
Thundering Skyfire is okay but not great - the PPM is too low, and unless they've changed it recently it has a rather nasty internal cooldown and a relatively short buff duration.

RIGHT NOW, BEFORE 2.3, the agi/crit bonus is THE worst meta gem for a dps increase, while the thundering is the best.
