I just wanted to brag that I just got my IBS at level 51! I'm so stoked right now, I did AV over 11 times trying to get this thing and as Alliance we lost every time. One of the matches lasted for over 4 hours. Both Ivus and Ice Lord were summoned, druids were summoned 2 or 3 times, ram riders, winged flyers, full armor upgrades, etc. And of course we ended up losing that one.
Anyway there's no real point to this post other than to get the excitement off my chest! Woot

Ohnoez I brought my team down. Tell Blizzard to make it 55-60 if it bothers you so much.
Besides, level 51 is perfect for turning in rams and frostwolf hides. And I turned in over 20 of each :P

I don't really agree. The low lvl players in a level bracket are good for turning in hides, badges, armor scraps and crystals. I did that on my hunter...well...I was 59 at that time but every little bit helps.
Gratz on the spear. Eventhough I got it a little late in the game (lvl 59...I think), it's still a good weapon.
Yeah, congratulations. I got mine at level 53 on my Warrior and used it till I started questing at Hellfire.

On a side note, why does Alliance suck so bad at AV? Maybe it's just my battlegroup, but it's very consistent wins for Horde. I'm a firm believer in the law of averages, so I dont' think that Horde is just magically more coordinated, more mature, has a higher ratio of 60s:51s, or anything like that. I think they must have some sort of terrain or layout advantage or something.

if you've never had crusader on a good slow weapon pre-60.... get crusader.
