All about the resto Druid? Need help.Follow

I just turned 70 as my tauren druid and am now planning on speccing resto so I can main heal 5-mans, heroics, and arenas. The problem is (don't get me wrong, I have a lot to do before i get here), that i have never healed before. This is where I need your help. Any input will be very much appreciated. I need a good resto talent build, how much healing i should have in a normal 5-man, how much mana/p5, how much mana, and how much health i should have. Also if anybody could give a blow by blow on what normally goes down in a 5-man when a druid in main healing. ( like what to use when, what ranks, etc.) Thanks again for any help at all. If I missed anything, please feel free to add it in. Thanks.

Keep Lifebloom highest rank rolling on tank (don't let it bloom), and throw on other HoTs (alot of times to swiftmend off) as needed, and Throw a NS->HT in there for "so snap the tank just got critted" situations.

Basically as long as you keep Lifebloom rolling your only decision making comes from proper ranking and timing of HoTs/Swiftmends which really depends on the tank and type of dmg the area gives.
