When we talk about Mutilate we talk about high dmg, but lets take a normla Mutilate/Combat build. Always i seen Vile posions 5/5, and no evis?
But arena wise do you use Deadlyposions? (evenom) or CC posions?
Atm going for 5v5 arena team 1900 Rating, and thinking respecc Mutilate but dont know a good 5v5 Mutilate specc and if use Envenom and so on. Any advice?

Envenom, unfortunately, does not work with wound poison. And as you are most likely going to be on healer duty, you will be using wound poison on your MH, and crippling on your off-hand.
