I currently have major health enchant to chest (+150 health). I was looking over at other possibilities and wondered if restore mana prime (+6mana/5sec) would be more beneficial?
What are your thoughts on this?
I am also looking at other slots where +dmg or crit is not available and wondering what may work best. Keep in mind this is for raiding only.
For example cloak with spell penetration or +resist or armor.
Boots fortitude or vitality.
Thanks for your input. Please know that I currently have low hp and am currently inclined to go for health but didn't want to pass on a good option.

I like this one because is is good all around. Exceptional Stats.
I just enchanted the three you just listed yesterday:
Cloak: Subtlety (2% less threat can be very helpful for boss fights)
Boots: I was stuck between boar's speed and Vitality, and picked Vitality because the small amount of regen is better than none
Chest: Exceptional stats

I prefer mana prime on chest(6 stats is good too), subtlety on cloak, and Boar's Speed on boots(Vitality is my secondary choice). I prefer the Boar's speed because the less time it takes me to run out of a danger zone, the faster I can go back to making the boss suffer. The chest and cloak ones are pretty straight forward.
