If you have shadowburn AND you pvp mostly ,you ARE gonna burn through shards VERY fast.

i wont point out different situations when certain-someone needs summon,or soulstone,or hs,or you need new pet.
ye,who needs shards.
edit: 40 shards last 3-4 bgs for me(with soul sucking enemies)

edit2 : As for the topic.Yes ,please ,go for pet ! Kite it around,when you kill it THEN go for lock ,if lock happens to summon another pet ,go for it first again ,THEN go for lock !
(only time pet should be killed is if its succy/puppy sent in arena match,like someone pointed out)

If he were to resummon the pet, you kill it again? Killing a warlock's pet in 2 v 2, is my first priority. My 2 v 2 is rated 2435 as well.
I was kidding about pet killing.
Unless you're able to 2-3 shot my puppy ,its not worth spending time on it.

I dont understand why they would go after your pet that is gay. I can maybe understand if it was a felgaurd cause he does alot of damage and stuns u, but a void that is crazy. U always take down the pet's owner cause if he dies the pet dies.

I will kill an Imp if it's rampaging around a battleground, but that's about it. Not attacking the owner basically makes you say: "Hey please DOT up me and my friends while getting a running distance/fearing us".
It could be allright in Arena where you kill the succubus, other than that, no. Warlocks aren't invincible and they will get hurt if you hit them.
