would have been nice if you posted what it does as well.
here is the description of it:
What is it? - Simple enemy unit frames for Arena matches used for identifying and coordinating targets
Features:
- Unit tracking via mouse over, target, party targets, death messages, name plate updates, and optional syncing between all teammates
- Main Assist setting and syncing, shown by yellow outline on current Main Assist target.
- Optional New Enemy and Low Health announcements via Chat, Party, RaidWarning, SCT, or MSBT.
- Optional Focus setting via right click.
- Optional Mana bars.
- Optional Party Targets.
- Minor frame customizations: size, font, texture, header, etc...

Yes,sorry for no discription.
In simple words; you get small moveable window in which you see your enemy class/race,the thing is you OR your partner(s) just have to mouse over your opponents,and all that info appears.you can target FROM that window,just left click.
ofc there are lots of other options,which oaken ponited out.
Anyway,very helpful addon.

Yeah I use ArenaLiveFrames, I should switch to Proximo, I've seen it in alot of arena videos.

What makes Proximo better than Arena Master?
Do other arena members get any benefits from just you having this addon?

Yes,they benefit too. example (2v2) ;i got buddy who's playing rogue.He DOESN'T have addon ,anyway,he stealths ,door opens ,he goes to check who are we up against and he just mouses over opponents and i get info on class / hp /mana in that pwoximo window.
If you had 5v5 ,and all had addon ,just 1 needs to mouse over opponents for evereyone to get clear info on class/hp/mana.

Wow you can see their HP/Mana as well? How in the heck does that work I wonder? Not to mention almost seems like cheating! ;)

Proximo is awesome. im in a 2v2 (BM Hunter/Afflic Lock) and it helps a lot. Just recently started doing arena again though, so i have to adjust to actually looking at Proximo. Helps my partner though, since I (BM Hunter) scout out ahead first and shadowmeld to safely get intel :D
