I have run Karazhan once a week, every week, since I dinged 70 and got attuned back in May. No Mace off Maiden. Not once in all of those runs. I finally went and got exalted with Sha'tar and got that epic mace. I've continued to run Kara despite being incredibly overgeared for it, in the hopes that the mace would drop.
The curse has been broken! Perhaps it was the randomness of imaginary loot tables being set when you walk into the instance. Perhaps it was the fact that I changed my characters name and threw off the scent of bad luck that has been dogging me for the past months. It dropped.
All I need to do is put the heal enchant on it and I will be at +1790 heals, 1860 if I swap out my spell crit trinket for my +heal one. Unbuffed.

Honestly, probably more than anyone here, I can feel your pain and joy at the same time. Might I recommend putting spellsurge on it.
Your crit trinket is fine (you're not overboard on crit yet), but I would most definitely replace your eye of gruul. That thing is junk. You seem to like haste (your meta) get the BM trinket, or get a LCP, or if you run enough heroics get the essence... anything but the eye of gruul.

I'm still hoping to get me a new mace one day soon, but every time I see one drop, there's someone whose main would find it as an upgrade.
And I'm gonna second the spellsurge enchant recommendation. I got into a group of people in AV today where 3 had it. It was awesome.

Bah...too many acronyms in this game! I come from the hunter forums where 96% of the time BM refers to a talent spec which is good for soloing and currently the best for DPSing (thus it gets referenced a lot). So I see the post and think "Paladins cant tame beasts you dont know what you're talking about!" then realize "Oh, he probably means the instance." I'd say its a good thing you cant see my thought process but then I tell you anyway which mutes the anonymity of my inner thoughts.

I have been running BM on my off days trying to get that Scarab of the Infinite Cycle. No luck so far.
I probably will keep running Kara since my guild only has 1 off group of alts that even touch it anymore and my brothers little Warrior needs the gear and if they lose me as a healer they will be SOL. I have my eye on the trinket off Aran and Opera event as well.
Eye of Gruul was a trinket I at first thought was bunk, however I have been playing with it and it procs pretty often, probably not enough to make it worth it but I payed bob damned dkp for it so I am getting some use out of it!
Also I almost have a full tanking set now. t4 Helm, t4 gloves, pants off curator, belt off Moroes, Vambraces of someone, Neckpiece off Maiden, Boots off someone else. I really need to get in on a Gruul/Mag and pick up t4 shoulders and chest and I could start tanking SSC trash if they needed me too.

I'm trying to get my aran trinket, paladins can get so many buffs, its a HUGE amount of mp5. Ribbon of sacrifice is meh at best. It was better before they took away the mp5 on it. Its so situational, unless you're healing the main tank and only the main tank, its pretty worthless.
Eye of gruul might proc a lot, but it only reduces the mana of your next spell. That's one free spell (if you're FoL spamming). I can get better mana efficiency out of my LCP. (1 free spell from gruul = 180 mana. LCP over 15 seconds = 10 FoLs reduced by 22 mana. 10 x 22 = 220 mana saved, plus I can control when I need to be more mana efficent, not having to rely on a proc). I've seen it drop several times, knew it was crap, and never spent the dkp lol.
If I had some kind of on-line dressing room I could show you my tanking set, its complete now (I got boots the other night off solarian). Nothing's enchanted, but then again I'm not a tank.

My retired pally got it on his first and only maiden kill. The guild then broke up like 2 weeks later and I never played him again. I torment the pallies in my new guild with that info, as we never seem to get that mace either.

With all the drama in my guild recently I haven't even managed to get over 1300 yet. Hopefully the worst is behind us now, and we can get on with owning :P

Threw Spellsurge on it so I am only 1720 right now.
Now that is an enchant that really procs left right and centre. Raided TK:Eye Alar, VR, Solarian and went in and cleared Hydross in SSC. I was lucky enough to be with a shadowpriest the whole time and a shammy but I only had to pop a potion twice all nite. Frickin insane and I was top on heals as always with 2nd raid wide.

Yeah, grats on the mace, it does seem that there are some drops that just never ever seem to come for some people. You just have to whip out your handy-dandy laws of probability and fight the system until it breaks.
